Existing dry powder multi-dose inhalers are expensive and not suitable for some medical conditions that need single, irregular doses of medicines. Current single dose inhalers are limited as they are bulky and complex to use for patients. They are also made from plastic and the industry is moving away from plastics and products that contain greenhouse gases.
