Archangels won ‘Investor of the Year’ at the Scottish Business Insider Deals & Dealmakers Awards on Thursday, 31-Aug-2017.
The awards acknowledge and reward excellence in corporate finance transactions. Celebrating the bankers, venture capitalists, lawyers and accountants who initiate structure and negotiate deals for growing organisations. The awards are based on deals completed by this community in the fiscal year 2016/17 and are presented at a prestigious awards ceremony dinner at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.
Eric Young, Chairman of Archangels, accepted the award and said:
“this is an award for the whole Scottish angel syndicate community; our fellow syndicates, partners, professional support and Kerry Sharp of SIB [the Scottish Investment Bank] who all contribute hugely to creating high quality jobs and wealth in Scotland.
